Ayu and Kanon Wakeshima?

I must sond a little mad when I say this.... but do Ayu and debut- singer Kanon Wakeshima look EXTREMLY SIMILAR????

Take a look at these images of Kanon:



Now look at this image of Ayu (yeah, i know, her pose doesn't fit....):

Is it just me or does Kanon look like a younger version of Ayu?

In that picture at the top, I do think she resembles Ayu. I have never seen the girl in another picture before so I can't say they resemble each other that much, but I can see it in the picture of Kanon you posted.


Also, the ayu pic doesn't work.

I thought that when I first saw Kanon too.

They look similar, but have ridiculously different hair which will throw a lot of people off.

I've never seen a frontal face picture of Kanon Wakeshima, so I can't really say. But from the side view, she does look a little like Ayu.

Well... no offense but just because two Japanese girls have light brown hair doesn't mean they're spitting images of each other. Maybe in THAT picture they *resemble* each other but otherwise.. not so much.

Plus the fact that both pictures aren't actually looking at either woman's face dead on sort of makes the comparison difficult.

Well they actually dont look alike but from that angle of the pic, Kanon looks exactly like Ayu

Yeah... I couldn't find the PERFECT picture of Ayu to match Kanon's. I'll try searching for a better one.

When I first saw Kanon, I thought she looked similar to Ayu too. EXTREMELY similar. Especially when the [Mirrorcle World] promotion started up.
