Linear Notes in CData (or however you spell it)

I've noticed in certain issues close to the release dates of some albums of CData, interview with Ayu has her giving "Linear Notes" or extra information on the tracks in the album.

I have seen these "Linear Notes" for RAINBOW, (miss)understood, A BEST 2 and I think Duty too.

Does anyone have any translation of these Linear Notes? It would be interesting to know Ayu's opinions on her songs...

Also, on Wikipedia, information of certain tracks in Secret are also reported. Like how until that Day... was originally meant to be an interlude, or how 1 LOVE is a love anthem for women... where did these information come from? Were they from some interview...?
