A good song for someone who's never listened to Ayu..

My friend wants me to put some good music on her iPod I want to put in some J-Pop, more specifically some Ayu songs..

..but I'm not sure which songs I should give her. Now, she's never listened to J-Pop, but I want her to like it. Soo...what would be some good Ayu songs for someone who's never listened to her?

STEP you is kinda nice, it's not too high, fairyland is also good

and if you friend likes rock, kiss o' kill is great too! just the right about of rock i think

and i suggest not recommending songs like evolution, M, Dearest, just yet, those are kinda high and give your friend a bad impression~

I would be wary of STEP you simply because it has strange English in it, and your friend may get turned off by it. Stick to songs with either correct English or that are 100% in Japanese. Some of her older songs might be too screechy for your friend, but I think evolution and Endless Sorrow (original mix) are exceptions. Also, what genre of American music does your friend like? For now, I'll give you a broad selection of styles to choose from. My suggestions are:

Just avoid giving songs that are too extreme; too dark/high/sad/weird, we may love them but they may be a turn off for first time listeners..but if she likes rock, then flood her with t2m, because of you, kiss o kill and many more! Xp
