Rule, that's unlimited first pressing, right? And if you order it anywhere on one of those official online buying sites like Play-Asia you'll get first press?

Which sites bends folders?... and.. can you ask them not to? :S

Was M CDL 2004-2005 lip synched?

Nope, Rule is not unlimited first pressing, when the first press (the first 50,000 copies of the CD, for example) will be sould out avex will print and send the second press to the stores and these second press has no bonus features.

And I don't think that M was lip synched, at that time she only did the SEASONS lip synch in a TV show

I think usually more 1st presses are issued for CD + DVD's

it has been 2 months+ since Koda's stay with me was released but yet there's still plentiful of 1st press available for the CD + DVD of her single

I think maybe the CD + DVD versions are just sold less quickly,
cause ppl might not want to spend that much on a single and most might not be interested in the DVD.
And that (most of) all the stuff is on the DVD that comes with the album.
.. that's what I think anyway,
but that won't make me not buy the CD + DVD versions
