I would like to know if the CD+DVD and the CD only have the same regular cover or if they're different?

Both the CD and CD+DVD has normally the same cover. Then, CD+DVD had 4 limited covers too: one, that's like the normal cover, just zoomed, and then 3 where she's lying down.

1st press might be still availiable at Yesasia . I ordered it few months ago I and receive this cover , I was really surprised they still have 1st presses of My story !

I dont think there was a photobook. There was a photobook that was sold at AT05 I think. It came with this error booklet I think
