Oh right, I read it wrong, it was released as a VCD in 2003, then released in 2006 as a DVD
So the 2006 DVD have the booklet right @_@

Dunno about that but an DVD version of the Stadium Tour (OS) has existed since 2003. The OS press of the Complete Live Box did contain all 4 DVDs and each of them had a booklet: http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/RARE-Dvd-x-4-...3A1%7C294%3A30

I think you've got the limited-time, pricedown, reissue (JP) version.
those didn't come with booklets just some bits of paper..(lol) All the limited-time, pricedown, reissues don't have booklets, and I have a few of those.

no~ i got the OS press
it did just come with a piece of paper and some survey I checked the DVD code with the one from Avex Taiwan and it matches There's a blue/white OBI, and also the survey is in Chinese
