I wondered about the "away", too. Well "tokoro" could be an option. (Like in "ever free".)
Well, in some cases there's no right or wrong, I think. "Owaranai kanashimi" would be right, as would be "Eien no kanashimi".
I tried to stay true to the English that's why I added "watashi no" and "-TACHI". I feel both of them to be rather necessary, because "namae wa ONNA" could mean "my name's WOMAN", "our name's WOMEN" etc.

"to" is "and". I'm not sure how to say "or" the best in Japanese, but ayu likes to use "soretomo", so maybe "KIBOU soretomo ITAMI"?
