I feel both of them to be rather necessary, because "namae wa ONNA" could mean "my name's WOMAN", "our name's WOMEN" etc. Yes. xD "to" is "and". I'm not sure how to say "or" the best in Japanese, but ayu likes to use "soretomo", so maybe "KIBOU soretomo ITAMI"?
