it will pass yui's ''CHE.R.RY'' for sure or maybe ''Rolling star''...since ayu's glitter/fated sale is increasing at a faster rate then yui's..which were released at a much earlier date.

Well certain performances can really make an impact. I guess that Kohaku performance can make a huge impact.

If glitter/fated will chart 2/3 more weeks it will outsell C.H.E.R.R.Y, hopefully.
I love this song but fated is much more for me, so yep I hope it will at least outsell it.
As the lowest numbers on the singles top 200 are around 450 I think glitter/fated can chart for at least 2 more weeks.
it might sell 750 next week and then 550 and then around 450... hopefully it will be like this maybe even another week. It might drop from charts before hand though... hopefully it won't =P

surely not such monstrous boosts as ayaka's releases have always pushed her first message album, but there will be a boost for sure.

Compared to everyone else, glitter/fated has sold very well. ;p

Hopefully with t2m, ayu will get the #3 biggest single from a female artist after both of Hikki's (BW/K&C will crazy 200K in 2 wks).

That's because EVERYONE sees Kouhaku. So all them grandpas and grandmas can go and ask their kids to go out and buy the CD for them.

KinKi's sales tend to drop off later on anyway. They're a lot like Ayu in the sense that they have great 1st week sales, but virtually no chart life.

Well it's an end of year event. Of course everyone would see it but I'm sure some young people were simply impressed by his vocal qualities.

BB was #32 last year ans S/BtB... was #52, so this year isn't much worse than last year.

What tie-in did glitter/fated have? I mean, she did a short film for the single to give it great hype but what tie-in did she use....and please tell me isn't not that battery CM?!

I don't rub this in but it seems Hikki has been the only female artist this year to get MAJOR tie-ins. With FoL already in the top spot and BW/K&C coming right behind it, no female artist has came close to touching her in the endorsement deals and sales.
