I also think that song's about her father.
About "the feelings": If the song's about her father, I think "the feelings" are all the feelings connected with his disappearance. Love, hatred, pain... Everything ayu would like to tell him, but can't find the right words. "This is the only important thing to me" is rather vague. The question is to what part of the song the lyrics connect to. The first stanza and pre-chorus connect to each other, so it can be assumed that the second stanza and pre-chorus link to each other directly, too?
