Even if we can't just because of the reason that we don't live in Japan and can't be members? =\
It's not like it's a japanese forum but if you can't so there's nothing we can do I suppose XD
But it's like joining an elite group, or signing up to a club, you have to meet certain criteria, and just because you can't join, doesn't mean you should be entitled to receive messages from these clubs for free.
