"sore de wa" means "so" or "then". "yoroshiku o-negai shimasu" is difficult to translate. It depends on the context. You use it for example before you start work with someone. (If you've seen Music Station, they also say it to the artists and the artists back to the hosts.) It would be something like "Please treat me well" or maybe in the case of recording a song "Please give me your best"? I'm sure someone else can describe it better.
