Oh, i think i know which one you mean. There's a difference though, because in fanmail's sig, koda is completely nude. On that picture, koda is wearing bikini/beach wear. While some bikini poictures can be kinda on the gray zone, clear nudity pictures are out of question.
If anyone thought it was not appropriate though, it would be best to have reported it.
