I don't think Kuu being ****ty is the main reason why she ranked so high. Kuu has a personality that well..you either love or find extremely annoying. The skankiness + scandal doesn't really help her either.
lol@misono being on the list. I have a feeling people voted for her just cause she is Kuu's sister
