personally, i hate that. precisely, i'd love o have the very instrumental version of GREEN and there it goes, strange voices appear.... and i think in the chorus they almost always use her voice... peco's and the other one are used in concerts...

I dont really listen to her old songs, i dislike most of them(except appears and duty, that songs are epic), so i can only speak about her newer albums starting from around MY STORY

The reason why they keep those vocals there is because it helps people when they sing Ayu's songs. It helps them stay on key.

yeah. I don't mind the bg vocals. they do sound nice to me.. it's like backing up the main vocals. I like instrumentals with bg vocals, I don't mind. it's like helping u to sing.

And yeah I don't like Peco too.. I think Ayu herself can really be a good bg vocal!! ^_^

I wonder how Ayu could stand and sing correctly when the harmonies come? It always messes me up; suddenly when the chorus comes my voice becomes flat as flat as the chorus. I always come crashing down as a result of the backing vocals. It sounds nice, though.

About Peco and Princess, I personally think that they are great. Unless when it comes to yeah yeah thingy. It made Ayu's voice sounded strong and the song . . . well, wonderful.

After a few sessions karaokeing to Ayu, I found out that the vocals help . . . but sometimes I still have to put a finger to one of my ears to hear my own voice to get the right pitch.

The backing vocal are really annoying me so often. If the vocal is good, I don't really care but it's very awful!

I don't really know why Ayu keep them as her backing vocal. If I'm in Ayu's shoes, I would fired them. Urgh..!

I was just thinking the exact same thing this morning while listening to [Rule]. I was like dude the instrumental for this is gonna be awesome...then I thought, but not with the weak-version of Ayu's vocals in the background though...

Most all artist's have the backing vocals in the orignal songs, but it's removed completely in the instrumental. It's not like they sing with no backing vocals whatsoever. Ayu just leaves hers in the instrumental. It kinda annoys me too since sometimes I just want to hear the "instrumental" - I think Ayu's 'instrumentals' should be called 'karaoke' versions. That would make more sense to me.

I like instrumental versions with Ayu vocals, but for example I would like to find CAROLS instrumental from the Making video but I can´t find it....
