ARENA TOUR 2009 A ~NEXT LEVEL~ setlist and pictures [IV]

I really wonder what the dvd cover will be like...if they follow what they did with AT06 and AT08, which outfit will be on the cover? IMO...none of the tour outfits this year were amazing....but if I have to choose, rule with the umbrellas would be good.

i have a feeling it's going to be kind of like the PCDL one, with a bunch of tacky "NEXT LEVEL" colors and her with that sparkly outfit.
