I thought the thing hanging under the chair in NEXT LEVEL's performance was added at the final dates, but it was also when she was in Saitama Super Arena so... I have to focus a bit more on the pictures lol.

The chandelier thing under the chair was always there. During the final shows, there was this feather boa on top of the chair that wasn't there during the first leg of the tour. Here's a pic of it:
