Well, Circus does stand for open place as well, for British English, right? It may sound far-fetched, but the whole idea might be something like Rock n' Roll street or sth, specially considering Ayu's been in London lately, maybe she came up with it after Picadilly Circus and it has nothing to do with the circus spectacle

Usually we get the info when in Japan is evening (when in my country is morning 10-12 am)..or not?

For exemple in a forum with my local time I saw:

Uhm no...I mean, when in our countries is morning (10-12 a.m) and in Japan is evening.
