yes.they are pretty useless(=.=") especially when you ask them about pre-orders
 but they replied your queries quite fast!usually 1 day after i email them.YA usually take their own sweet time. but ya.usually they will put out of stock etc if the pre-order item is really out of stock.i saw that for some pre-order cds and games
