Like others have said, he only described the songs and did not explain why did he give 3/5, no opinion in the review whatsoever.

I guess there wasn't time/space to do that, as it seems the reviews are kept quite short typically.

I wasn't sure so I just typed He because I'm lazy ^^
But yea, it's quite ok for a short review
