New release not out of the question, especially new album...

With a major release like an album though, Avex may want her to release it before the new fiscal year begins on April 1st though. I think March is a safer bet.

We do already know for sure we're getting an album via her TeamAyu blog entry from the 19th, so that's definitely a yes.

I wonder why they raised the pitch of Tell me why. The original song "sose me" is in Dm and ayu made it D#m. I think it makes a world of a difference by lowering it by a semitone to make it Dm like the original. It's a lot better. I'm never picky about this stuff, but in this one instance, it really changes how I feel about the song.

I just bought Duty and NEXT LEVEL, for $9 and $6 respectively. I have been waiting for quite some time to add these to my list. Next one I want is Rock 'n Roll Circus.

Watching Walk performance on YOUTUBE and I cringed all the time. Her voice lately kinda irritated me, don't known if its because they edit it too much so she could sound like 17 yo or that is the result of her vocal lesson.
Sometimes I wonder, when she performed, is she doin a lip-sync.

Me too. One of my favorite quotes from it by Ayu -- "sake on an empty stomach is bittersweet; kind of like this documentary". (Or something along those lines)

I also like how she calls out the reporter saying she believes the only reason they wanted to film an interview inside her home was for ratings!

And she resisted saying it! XD She tried to think of a diplomatic way to say it, but in the end she couldn't help but be straightforward about it. Typical Ayu.

I really want to have an Ayu song play for my wedding but I'm really stuck for which song to pick. What would your choices be?

I'm about 60% set on HEAVEN, 20% Dearest and have a couple of others I'm less certain about..... For HEAVEN, the lyrics are so pretty and it can read as a hopeful new start but the PV also makes me feel morbid haha

She's lovely. I love her being so straightforward. One of my favourite parts is when she goes to her hometown and talks about the memory of falling down in the water with her father being there. Also when she calls out to the kid, saying to him "where are you going?" and he says "school" and she's like "OK THEN STUDY" ahahah

Lmao yup I loved that part too. I agree, Ayu always someone who speaks honestly and straight forward.

Last but not least, I even got a kick out of "bitchy Ayu" around the time of A Best. "You're making my staff and me wait and no ones telling us why!" Etc etc

Not official, no. I've always thought that Takara Tomy should have made Ayu dolls at some point... And to this day I'm surprised that Ayu's Barbie Award in 2001 didn't yield any official Ayu Barbies! I mean how did that NOT happen!?!?
