- She sold about 42 millions copies, in Japan only.
- She's at the #1 spot for the "Number of Top 10 Singles (female)" in the Oricon Chart.
- She's at the #3 spot for the "Number of #1 Singles" in the Oricon Chart.
- Her record sales account used to make up 42.6% of Avex’s (her record compagnie) overall revenues.
- Her "H" single was the only single that sold over a million in the year 2002.
- She made history by being the first to win the Japan Record Grand Prix award 3 times consecutively.
- She's the first Japanese to have a wax figured made in Hong Kong at Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong.
- She's the 5th woman to have 10 #1 albums in Japan.
- All of her albums (9 in total) have reached over a million copies sold.
- Five of her singles have reached over a million copies sold.
- In March 2000, she became the first artist to have 4 albums in the top 10 at the same time.
- In 2001, she sold $200 US million worth of records.
