Well, here is my little knowledge..
Avex are the main record company in japan. To nurture talent they have the AAA, the Avex Artist Academy. They also have sub labels, the most known is Ryhtem Zone Hello! Project are a girl pop label, not for you i dont think DefStar are connected to Sony Records Japan, there artists include YeLLOW Generation, the brilliant green and tommy heavenly and her things.... yarr Other things are like universal japan cant really think of anyone else
