As much as i love Erika, YUI just blows her completely out the water. YUI is far and wide the better singer (and currently one of the best singers in jpop). Goodbye Days seems a much more heartfelt and touching song to me. Sure, i can't understand the lyrics to either song so i'm going on how they sound as whole and the feeling i get. YUI for definite.
