That's the difference between a "best" and a single's collection...the latter is self explanatory, but the first is supposed to be most popular songs and songs that mean the most to the releasing artist.

considering the 6 years gap between A BEST and A BEST II, we are still quite far from any A BEST III.
anyway, ayu released A BEST II in 2007 and A Complete in 2008. both are basically having the same content. A BEST III will hv to wait a long while.
