I totally grabbed that interpretation from the lyrics as well! No matter what, I've always loved Ayu. I haven't necessarily understood everything she did, but I still listened and I still found at least a few things to like. I can't even say that for most people I know.

I just hope that, wherever she is, she knows that we all love her dearly, and our lives have been made better by her existence.
